These are images taken on my annual visit to the Hothouse at the Royal Horticultural Society's garden at Wisley, Surrey. Each year the RHS has exotic butterflies flying around inside.
I always use flash there and the type of flash I use is a ring-flash. This year I was experimenting. I had set up the camera such that the principal source of light would be the flash. Ambient light would be very much secondary. All the images I am posting were taken in that way.
I shall not be putting titles on any because there is uncertainty (for me 😀) about many of the identities - notwithstanding the guide-sheet.
